By Cab (or Taxi)

From the station or from any other place in the Liverpool City Centre, the quickest way to arrive at the University of Liverpool is by Cab. There are several local taxi companies Delta (telephone: 0151 922 7373), Excel (telephone: +44 0151 728 8888) and Alpha (telephone: +44 0151 722 8888). Uber and Hackney Carriage (known as black cab) are also available in Liverpool.

By Train

If you are travelling from within the U.K., you may want to consider taking the train. We recommend the following website: https://www.thetrainline.com to check for train schedules and tickets.
There is only one main train station in Liverpool, called Liverpool Lime Street (see below). Some trains also stop at the Liverpool Central station, which is just a few minutes walk from Lime Street. We recommend to arrive at Lime Street Station.
